As the name suggests, our Golf Villa rooms are positioned to take advantage of future views over the reimagined $14 million 18-hole golf course, which is currently closed and under re-development (opens in 2026). Some villas include a patio, while others offer outdoor seating on the back lawn.

Every room is self-contained with a kitchenette for meals and catering, BBQ facilities are also nearby at the playground (with utensils provided in-room) and a grocery store just moments away. Complimentary Foxtel and WiFi is provided, and parking is available directly at your door.

Feeling famished? Bolters Pizzeria, Grill, Bar and Bottle shop is a Launceston favourite with a family-friendly restaurant and grab-and-go takeaway available. It’s located within the Villas accommodation precinct.
