Dietary requirements

Our menus contain many food allergens and intolerances. All food items are prepared in the same kitchen, handling ingredients made from wheat, cereals containing gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, sesame seeds, eggs, soybeans and lupins. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee our food will be 100% allergen free. Selected dishes can be prepared without the addition of wheat, gluten or dairy, however, we cannot guarantee traces will not remain. Please do not hesitate to alert our staff to any specific dietary requirements.

While the options on our buffet menu are ever-changing (and ever-tempting), some of our popular choices often include:

  • Internationally inspired hot dishes
  • Tender roast meats from the carvery
  • Seafood (only served at dinner – whole prawns)
  • Roasted vegetables and crisp salads
  • Fresh breads, crackers and cheese
  • Hot and cold desserts

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay at Launceston Country Club Villas. The experience fell well below expectations, especially considering the high price point. The rooms were noticeably outdated—tired furnishings, old decor, and a general lack of modern amenities made it feel more like a budget motel than a premium accommodation. The internet was painfully slow, making it nearly impossible to get any work done or even stream basic content. In this day and age, I find that completely unacceptable, especially for a property that markets itself as a higher-end option. What made the stay even worse was the customer service. Staff came across as indifferent and, at times, outright rude. There was a definite lack of warmth or hospitality, which really put a damper on the experience. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down. This property is far too expensive for what it offers. I would not recommend it, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Nice place to stay but it is a little bit out of town. Only issue i had, and it is a decent one was the water pressure in the shower was a joke. It was basically unusable. The Villas were much nicer and the restaurant there is outstanding

A lovely place to stay when in Launceston. Very luxurious and convenient with so much to do within the premises. We had friendly visitors wallaby’s looking at us through the window. An experience my son will remember. He thought we were like a human zoo for the wallaby’s ha ha.
