There’s nothing better than enjoying fresh seasonal produce, sourced locally and cooked to perfection. The Terrace Kitchen showcases some of Tasmania and Australia’s very best homegrown and locally raised produce. Selected by our culinary experts right when it’s at its peak in flavour. Once you’ve considered our modern Australian menu options, choose from our impressive wine-list, or sip one of our cheeky cocktails or serious spirits, including flavoursome Tasmanian gins and whiskies. Dietary requirements
Our menus contain many food allergens and intolerances. All food items are prepared in the same kitchen, handling ingredients made from wheat, cereals containing gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, sesame seeds, eggs, soybeans and lupins. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee our food will be 100% allergen free. Selected dishes can be prepared without the addition of wheat, gluten or dairy, however, we cannot guarantee traces will not remain. Please do not hesitate to alert our staff to any specific dietary requirements.

NEW YEAR’s EVE DINNER
Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a bold and flavourful dining experience at Terrace Kitchen. Inspired by the spirit of the Wild West, the menu features standout entrées like smoked beef tartare with cornbread crostini, cowboy butter roasted scallops, and jalapeño poppers with citrus yogurt and charred corn salsa.
Mains include maple bourbon glazed pork ribs with duck fat potatoes, Cape Grim beef eye fillet with whisky jus and mustard mash, and market fish with a velvety buttermilk and onion velouté. Finish the night with indulgent desserts like smoked applewood crème brûlée with bourbon ice cream or the decadent chocolate obsession.
