The fully equipped gym has modern exercise equipment including exercise bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and free weights.
The indoor swimming pool is heated to 25 degrees, ranging in depth from 1.1 through to 2.3m at the deep end of its 13m length. There is a wading pool, sauna, and a spa hot tub to 30 degrees.
Full-sized indoor squash courts are complete with viewing platform.
Pool and gym towels are available for guest use, and squash equipment is available for hire. Outdoor tennis courts are nearby.
Our health and fitness facilities are available for complimentary use by all house guests.
Please Note: The Resort Health Centre, including the pool, spa, gym, sauna and change rooms, is temporarily unavailable while improvement works are completed. The facility will be closed from 26 August 2026 and is expected to reopen on 1 October 2026. The Villla’s swimming pool, spa and gym are still available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
