Event styles and spaces

Outdoor wedding and photograph locations include the water fountains, lush golf course, native bushland, and expansive grounds. For a unique setting, consider erecting a marquee by the picturesque lake, or on the outdoor deck.

Make an entrance in the Ballroom, and host pre-dinner drinks or a cocktail party on the Mezzanine.

Catering

Impress your guests with a menu featuring Tasmanian produce and beverages.  Select your preferred style of catering from canapes, plated dinners, buffets, banquets or a long table dinner.  Our Events Team will help you chose a menu to suit your special occasion.
